The drink I propose is actually not real unicorn milk

The drink I propose is actually not real unicorn milk. I hope not to surprise you with this revelation, but unicorns have not been seen in a while. However, this does not mean that this drink is not in its "magical" way. It is certainly for the taste, which has nothing to do with that of the afternoon drink or a moment of relaxation for those who want to give a moment of rest. This is all the more true for the visual impact, which reveals the presence of a pleasant and curious foam tending towards blue. The foam is the result of the transition to the blender, which has a small cappuccino effect. The blue is instead given by spirulina algae, to which I will dedicate one of the following sections.

The main ingredient of unicorn milk is coconut milk, which replaces cows or other animal origin. It is a replacement that stems from the desire to offer a different taste, but also from the need to make the drink accessible to everyone, even lactose intolerant; coconut milk does not actually contain this substance. It's no small detail considering lactose intolerance is an incredibly widespread condition, at least in Italy.

In addition to the absence of lactose, coconut milk has many more properties. In principle, it contains all the characteristics of the coconut pulp, of which it is the juice. It is therefore not to be confused with coconut water, which is something completely different, or the liquid of vegetation naturally found in the walnut. However, coconut milk is notable for its potassium concentrations, which are very high, as well as for those of vitamins C and E. The former, as everyone knows, strengthens the immune system, while the latter has an antioxidant function. Coconut milk also contains lauric acid, which has a germicidal effect and regulates cholesterol and triglycerides.
